The smell, as the other reviews have mentioned, is like talcum powder which I find extremely pleasant. It has been a week since I have washed my dog and the scent still seems to be there, but she is an indoor dog so it may differ for outdoor dog owners. I bathed them last week and am still getting whiffs of this lovely shampoo, especially when they are wet. Usually we have a bottle that only needs one hand to directly squirt onto the dog but this one is a little trickier needing 2 hands when trying to keep him in the bath at the same time!

This shampoo is easy to squeeze from its container, bubbled well, rinsed well, smelt absolutely gorgeous and made my doggos fur so soft and silky.
